Cancellation and Deposit T&C’s

Deposit & Cancellation Rules – Off-Peak Periods:

Non-Promotional/ Non-Discounted Rates:

  • A deposit equal to 1 Night’s accommodation is payable at time of booking. The balance is due on the day of arrival.
  • The deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 2 days (48hr) prior to the booked arrival date.
  • If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Promotional/ Discounted Rates:

  • A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost is payable at time of booking. The balance is due on the day of arrival.
  • The deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 2 days (48hr) prior to the booked arrival date.
  • If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Deposit & Cancellation Rules – Peak Events (excl Dec/ Jan School Holidays):

All Bookings and rate types, including Groups of more than 3 rooms:

  • Full pre-payment is required at time of booking.
  • The deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 14 days prior to the booked arrival date, or if the event the guest is attending is cancelled.
  • If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Deposit & Cancellation Rules – December/ January School Holidays:

All Bookings and rate types, including Groups of more than 3 rooms:

  • A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost is payable by 31 March to secure the cabin or site, any unpaid cabins/ sites will be released after 31 March.
  • For all bookings made after 31 March, a deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost is payable within 14 days of making the booking to secure the cabin or site, any unpaid cabins/ sites will be released after 14 days.
  • The remaining balance is payable NO LESS than 14 days prior to arrival.
  • The deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 14 days prior to the booked arrival date.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy – Groups of more than 3 Cabins/ Sites:

Off-Peak Periods:

  • 50% Deposit is required within 14 days of making the booking, all unpaid cabins/ sites will be released after 14 days.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival. If not received, all cabins/ sites will be released.
  • The deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 14 days prior to the booked arrival date.

Our Pets Policy

Our park is pet friendly and any visit by you and your pet is subject to the following conditions:

  • A limit of one large or two small pets applies per site;
  • Pets are allowed on our ensuite sites. At this time our suites are not suitable for pets;
  • Please do not leave your pets unattended in the park at any time;
  • Please keep your pets on a lead at all times, or within a holding pen located within your site;
  • Pets are not permitted in the communal areas including the playground, ablution blocks, camp kitchen and laundry;
  • Please ensure that all pet waste is picked up and disposed of in bin areas;
  • Aggressive and/or excessively noisy pets are not allowed and management reserves the right to require any pet that exhibit these behaviours to be removed from the park immediately;
  • Pet owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions by or because of their pet.
